CCE Business Solutions is a Houston management consulting firm that owns complex technical programs end to end. The work was already serious, with 250+ projects shipped, 100% repeat business, and senior practitioners holding PgMP, PMP, CSM, and ITIL certifications. The brand and website still read like a generic IT consultancy. We rebuilt both so the presentation matches the level of the operator and the depth of the practice.
The work was already serious. The presentation wasn't yet.
CCE was founded by Eddie Monroe in 2022 after 25+ years of leading complex technical programs. The firm holds PgMP, PMP, CSM, and ITIL certifications, is MBE certified and HUB certified in Texas, and runs 40+ active engagements at any time. The repeat business rate sits at 100%.
None of that was visible from the old website. The site looked like every other Houston IT consultancy: light theme, stock photos, an undifferentiated practice grid, and an About page that buried the founder behind generic positioning. Buyers couldn't tell the difference between a senior delivery leader who has owned enterprise programs and a recruiter selling resumes.
What the rebuild had to carry.
Three things needed to read instantly. Operator seniority — Eddie is the firm and the firm is the operator. Practitioner ownership — CCE doesn't just coordinate, they own outcomes end to end. Institutional credibility — the certifications, the repeat business, and the structure that lets enterprise buyers procure the firm without friction.
We built the brand and the website to land all three the moment a stranger arrives.
The new system.
The brand is anchored in a one-line position the team can repeat in any room: "We lead the initiatives your organization can't afford to get wrong." Underneath that, three principles guide every engagement. Clarity over complexity. Accountability over activity. Candor over comfort. The DNA of CCE is articulated as eight strands the team can point to during discovery calls and stakeholder reviews.
The website carries the same architecture. The home page leads with the position, then the proof bar (100%, 250+, 10+, 40+), then the practice grid built around the actual work CCE does, not the work most consultancies advertise. The About page introduces Eddie directly, names the philosophy ("The gap is not in planning. It's in execution."), and walks through the DNA strands. The Services page reads like a practitioner's playbook, not a service menu.




Brand guidelines that hold.
The 12-section Brand Guidelines document covers brand foundation, the strategic framework, the DNA, the practice areas, voice and messaging, the logo system, color, typography, photography, layout, brand-in-practice templates, and guardrails. It was written so a marketing hire, a proposal team, or a designer can pick it up on day one and produce work that reads as CCE without asking.
